Env: Ruby 1.8.4, Rails 1.1.6, Window XP
I have not installed soap4r explicitly since Ruby 1.8.4 has this
bundled.
When I run the command:
F:\ruby\lib\ruby.8\wsdl\soap \wsdl2ruby.rb --wsdl
[link] (http://www.sandbox.paypal.com/wsdl/PayPalSvc.wsdl) --type client --force
No files are generated.
I then explicitly installed soap4r 1.5.5 and http-access2 2.0.5.
