Problem setting fastcgi on atlantis

Hi, I'm new on this host and I recently deployed my RoR application. It works fine with cgi, but when I use fastcgi I only get this:

Application error

Change this error message for exceptions thrown outside of an action (like in Dispatcher setups or broken Ruby code) in public/500.html

It's resolved now. Your site is using FastCGI now.

Your dispatch.fcgi didn't have execute permissions.

Hi, that is strange, I'm sure that I've checked the permissions on this file. Anyway, now it seems that I can't go back to cgi mode. I have a very strange problem too, yesterday I changed some file, everything was working fine. But this morning, I found that one method in application_helper.rb is working like the old version. Maybe it's because of production mode, but yesteday it was working and the application was in the same mode.

I forgot about another thing, yesteday the character encoding was working after I set it to utf-8. But this morning, all special characters seems to be back in ISO-8859-1. I set character encoding dynamically in the application controller.
