Best Bands

I was just wondering what you guys think are the best bands considering we all program and what else to do but listen to great rock while you're coding :p

Top 3 (in my opinion):

1. Pink Floyd
2. Led Zeppelin
3. toss up between Hendrix and Red Hot Chili Peppers

Also depending on mood: Guns N' Roses, Iron Maiden, Metallica (older), and Black Sabbath

Personally I don't see the fuss with the Beatles and Elvis. Yes, they may influenced rock greatly for future generations but I don't think they're music was so great :shrug:

I like LZ more than Pink Floyd :)

I also like Smashing Pumpkins, Coldplay, Evenessance, Soundgarden, Goo Goo Dolls..

heh...to contribute I don't really like Rock music...but I like electronic euro/trance/vocal-trance.

I think that coding and music are a good mix.

yeah I like alternative rock at all...I like sound garden, nirvana,stone temple pilots, Foo fighters and lot more.It nice to hear them all the time.

I like with their music..:)
