Rails install recieves 404 errors

I have recently set up my account and I am trying to move a ruby application I have been developing to your servers. After I run the ocs rails install script and attempt to go to the url I recieve a 404 error. When I checked the logs this was coming from not being able to find a 400.shtml page in my public_html directory. So it looks like there was another error but the approriate error page was not available resulting in a 404.

Any idea what I am doing wrong? Is there anything I need to do after I do the rails install?

Your Rails install looked fine and seems to be working properly at the URL I put in your ticket.
