Hi,
I just wanted to say how pleased I was with OCS when I had hosting questions. I am new to this and far from a web genius, but I had signed up with another hosting company, who thru false pre-sales answers, caused me nothing but grief for two days. Then I started shopping around, argh! No fun.
Then I found this company. The site seemed well designed. All the links worked. Tons of relevant information. So, I called.
I rep I spoke with was thorough, friendly and helpful! *And* I could understand every word she said and she could understand me! Amazing!
So, thank you so very much! I so look forward to working with you! And thank you to the rep I spoke with earlier!
