The latest version of Rails, version 0.14.1, has been upgraded to cleanly on all OCS web hosting servers. You may start using the new features and stability provided by it.

Word is that you have since upgraded to 0.14.2.

Yes actually we're running 14.2 now.

Actually we're running 14.3 now.

I guess this thread will get long with all of the planned upgrades to Rails :) It's safe to say we're always running the latest stable, production version.
