Heya everyone I stumbled across these helpful documentation browsing tools over on _why's blog.
This one is a firefox extension with the following oddles:
* HTML, CSS, DOM, XUL
* Rails 0.13.1 Docs in Methods and Classes perspectives
* Ruby 0.9.13 Docs: Core API & StdLib
get the firefox extension here: http://www.martincohen.info/download/devboi_with_rails/
Also, there is this Windows Ruby docs in CHM format can be found here: http://dema.ruby.com.br/articles/2005/08/16/rails-docs-in-chm-format
A nice thing about the CHM file is the following <snip qoute>"hierachical contents table, a index with all classes and methods of the framework and also full-text search capabilities..."<end snip :)> [edit: the CHM also contains Rails 0.13 documentation bundled in it!]
I'm gonna give the firefox extension a whirl and let people know what I think in a day or two.
